If you decide Coco Loco drinks aren’t for you — within 10 days of your order being marked delivered — return any unopened cans and we’ll refund their cost. Return shipping is on us.

Our Great Taste Guarantee means you get great taste and peace-of-mind when buying Coco Loco — another reason why it’s a smart choice to buy online directly from us.

How to request a refund

Email hello@drinkcocoloco.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The quantity of each flavour you’re sending back

We’ll reply within 48 business hours with a prepaid return label.
Secure the cans (ideally in their original packaging to avoid damage) and lodge the parcel at a nominated post office or the drop-off point we provide.

The finer points: Terms & Conditions

  1. Cans must arrive in good condition—undented and sealed.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  3. Clearance and final sale items sit outside this guarantee.
  4. Any initial delivery charge remains as charged; all return shipping is covered by Coco Loco Hard Seltzer.
