About our drinks

The fermented alcohol base is coconut water, yeast, rice syrup, corn dextrose, carbonated water and real fruit juice: everything with a fermentable sugar goes into the brew. Then a plant-derived sweetener (steviol glycosides). The stabilisers and preservatives are all of natural origin: citric acid, ascorbic acid and trisodium citrate. That is the whole list.

No artificial colours. No artificial flavours. No artificial sweeteners. Gluten free, fructose free and vegan.

Every 330 ml can holds 0 g of sugar, 1.7 g of carbohydrate, 101 calories (422 kJ), and one standard drink at 4.0% ABV. Independently lab tested by ALS Global, with a Certificate of Analysis available on request.

We are family owned and independent. Every can is fermented and packaged in regional Victoria, which keeps the work local and gives us direct oversight of the conditions it happens in.

Ingredients and materials come from Australian suppliers. We ask our key suppliers for documented ethical audits every year, and we do not partner with anyone who cannot show us their standards.

We also refuse to health-wash. This is an alcoholic beverage and we say so plainly, rather than dressing it in wellness language to shift units. No animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing at any stage. As a female-founded business, our decisions answer to long-term values rather than someone else's quarterly target.

The coconut is one of the most resource-efficient crops in agriculture. Minimal water, no chemical inputs, year-round yield, and almost nothing wasted across its life cycle. That is a large part of why we started here.

We brew to demand in small batches, so waste across ingredients, packaging and finished product sits close to zero. Where a retailer has coconut water approaching its best-before date, we rescue it into a brewing batch rather than let it reach landfill.

Cans are infinitely recyclable aluminium, printed straight onto the metal with no label, no adhesive and no sleeve. Six-pack holders are BioPak sugarcane pulp: plastic free, home compostable to AS5810, and applied by hand, because the automated alternatives are worse. Shipping cartons are FSC certified, and smaller orders travel in repurposed produce boxes cut to size.

We do not discount our drinks. No Black Friday, no Boxing Day, no first-order codes. Deep discounting drives volume for its own sake, and in this category that carries a cost we would rather not create.

Instead we return 10% of every order as store credit, which rewards the people who stay rather than the ones just passing through. Local sporting clubs, schools and community organisers get permanent wholesale rates, so a considered local option is not priced out of reach.

We turn up in person at markets and events, and we are members of the Victorian Farmers' Markets Association. As a women-led business in a male-dominated industry, we make room for voices the category usually skips.
