Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it:

Cans must be unopened (full order quantity) |
Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging |
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@drinkcocoloco.com — if your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Great Taste Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the taste of our drinks, our Great Taste Guarantee has you covered. Please follow the steps outlined on the Great Taste Guarantee page to return any unopened and undamaged remaining cans.
Returns We Cannot Accept
We only accept returns where the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or covered by our Great Taste Guarantee. We do not accept returns (or provide refunds) for change of mind.
Our mistake, our responsibility: If we send you the wrong item or your order is incorrect due to our error, we will replace it or provide a full refund at our cost — including any return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Returns
Domestic return shipping (Australia): For accepted returns within Australia, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods. For all other accepted returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
International return shipping: For accepted returns on international merchandise orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described (in which case we will cover the cost). Any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For more information about your consumer rights, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website at www.accc.gov.au.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If merchandise is being shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for EU right-of-withdrawal returns are the customer's responsibility. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
United Kingdom Customers
If you reside in the United Kingdom, you have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. The same conditions as the EU right of withdrawal above apply.
