Shipping Policy

Australia-wide delivery is available for all Coco Loco products — drinks and merchandise. International delivery is available for merchandise only (see International Orders below).

Our delivery ("shipping") rates are the same for customers in all Australian States and Territories, including WA and NT.

Free, Fast Delivery — Melbourne Metro

• FREE NEXT DAY — Orders $40+ to recipient addresses within a 5km radius of Yarraville Village.
• FREE MELBOURNE — Free standard delivery on orders $80+ to suburbs within a 25km radius of Yarraville Village.
• Orders will be dispatched the same day.
• Delivery within two business days from order.

Despatch and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, because our delivery partners don't operate).

During busy times (such as peak seasons or public holidays), things might take a little longer — but we promise we're working as fast as we can to get your Coco Loco to you.

From our door to yours, delivery is expected within 2–10 business days depending on the destination and any delays experienced by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit duration or delivery times (we wish we could). Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

We don't currently offer Express Delivery on any orders. Sorry about that — we totally understand the urgency to get orders quickly, and we're working on it.

International Orders

Alcoholic Beverages (Drinks)

We are unable to ship alcoholic beverages to customers outside of Australia. Our Victorian liquor licences authorise direct-to-consumer alcohol sales within Australia only, and each destination country has its own alcohol import regulations that must be complied with. We are working hard to make Coco Loco available in more countries — it's too delicious to keep to ourselves Down Under.

Merchandise (International Shipping)

We ship merchandise (non-alcohol products) to selected countries worldwide. International merchandise orders are shipped via our international logistics partner.

Delivery rates and timeframes (estimated):

These timeframes are estimates from the date of despatch and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (including VAT or GST), and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Coco Loco has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges in your country.

Currency:

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider at their applicable exchange rate.

Restricted destinations:

We reserve the right to decline international orders to destinations where we are unable to ship reliably or where local regulations prevent import of our merchandise. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund.

Risk of Loss

For domestic orders, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your nominated address. For international orders, risk of loss passes to you upon handover of the goods to our international shipping carrier. We recommend tracking your order using the tracking information provided in your despatch confirmation email.
