Convenient ready-made alcohol drinks were replete with good-fast-cheap products. They can taste ok, but are generally loaded with sugar in place of real flavour, synthetic-tasting where artificial ingredients are, and brands that push quantity over quality.

We took what we loved about coconut water, added a little sparkle by fermenting it to create alcohol, and then adding real fruit juices to make our hard seltzer cocktail-style. We call it a coconut water seltzer alcohol blend (not a great marketing term though) – but honestly, that doesn’t do it justice. It’s a completely new kind of drink. And a better one.
