Passionfruit Hugo Spritz
The Hugo Spritz has quietly become one of the most popular aperitivo drinks going, and it's easy to see why. Elderflower, prosecco, mint, a squeeze of citrus. It's the spritz for people who find Aperol a bit much. This version threads Coco Loco Passionfruit through the middle, giving it a tropical heart without losing that delicate, fragrant character.

Tasting notes
Passionfruit and delicate elderflower over prosecco, finished with a squeeze of lemon and mint. Fragrant, elegant, and impossible not to like.
This is the popular, non-controversial spritz. It works at a long lunch, a casual dinner, or as a lighter option when you want something beautiful but not too boozy.
Coco Loco is pre-carbonated, so always add it last and gently to keep the bubbles. Standard-drink figures are estimates; confirm against bottle labels. Please drink responsibly.
