Fits head sizes 53 cm to 58 cm. The silver clip strap at the back adjusts across that full range, so the same cap suits a lot of different heads, from around age 7 right through to adult. If you measure more than 58 cm, this cap will be too small.
How to measure your head
- Wrap a soft tape measure around your head, sitting it across your forehead at the hair line.
- Bring it around the base of your head, just above the nape of your neck.
- Keep the tape level and snug, not tight, and note the measurement in centimetres.
No tape measure? Wrap a piece of string around your head the same way, mark where it meets, then hold the string against a ruler.
